Athletic Coaching Approach – Teaching youth the fundamentals of sports, teamwork and life skills in a fun, challenging, safe and rewarding atmosphere that encourages fierce competition while balancing the values of sportsmanship, respect with team and player development.

Athletic Coaching Qualifications – USA Hockey Level 5 Master Coaching Certified; Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) Level 1 Ski Instructors certification; Guest lecturer at Northern Arizona University College of Business; USSSA Certified Youth Baseball Coach; 25+ years as a Sr. Business Executive leading and teaching thousands of individuals.

I am firm believer that great coaches come from people with outstanding leadership skills who then combine that skill with great knowledge of the game they coach. My successful business career has provided me with extensive and successful leadership experience. As a rabid student of the games I coach, I continue to work to insure that I have a great knowledge of that game and its strategies. I spend many hours weekly viewing film, watching top teams compete live and on TV, reading materials to develop my ice/field strategies, drills, teaching and motivational techniques. I also regularly attend seminars and coaching clinics to expand my field of knowledge.
