TCU Supply Chain students Innovation Project winners – Spring 2021

by Supply Chain Management Instructor Mark Layton – TCU Neeley School of Business; June 2021

Please join me in congratulating these TCU Supply Chain Management students for being selected as the Spring 2021 “Best in Class” winners of the Supply Chain Innovation project.

This spring, our classes saw many fantastic and informative Innovation Project presentations researched and presented by their peer student groups. The Innovation Project challenges student groups to evaluate current trends in technology, society, workforce changes and more and explore how these trends will impact Supply Chain Managers in the years to come. This semester, I’ve selected these 3 outstanding presentations for your review. These include:

Ice Melts/Ships Sail (1) – Presented by Andy Mendez, Sean Payne, Diana Velarde, Devieonte Warren, Grayson Gabrisch

Impact on the supply chain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – Presented by Zack Del Medico, Walker Herzog, Nick Parrino, William Smoots, Bryce Wilson

Indoor Crop Production – Presented by Bernie Hidalgo, Hayden Lunde, Ashton Niemann, John Rosenberry, Kory Yandell

Ice Melts/Ships Sail (2) – Presented by Tristen Bowe, Grace Collins, Mateo Gonzalez, Will Jensen, C.J. Treinen

Each are about 10-15 minutes in length. Hope you enjoy! Go Horned Frogs
