By Supply Chain Management Instructor Mark Layton – TCU Neeley School of Business; Jan 2022

Please join me in congratulating these outstanding TCU Supply Chain Management students for being selected as the Fall 2021 “Best in Class” winners of the Supply Chain Innovation project.

This semester, our classes saw many fantastic and informative Innovation Project presentations researched and presented by their peer student groups. The Innovation Project challenges student groups to evaluate current trends in technology, society, workforce changes and more and explore how these trends will impact Supply Chain Managers in the years to come. This semester, student peers and I selected these 3 outstanding presentations for your review. These include:

Who ate my Chips? – An overview on the supply chain impact of the integrated circuit chip shortage. Presented by Paul Belak, Jonathan Carani, Spencer Drennan, David Wilhelm, Ryan Witte

The Death of Brick & Mortar Retail, or not?  – An overview on the rapidly changing supply chain design surrounding brick and mortar retail. Presented by Elizabeth Allison, Brynlee Dulin, Mark Hardy, Kenzie Vallejos

My Ports are Clogged! – A presentation on the supply chain chaos in our nations major seaports. Presented by Evan Davis, Austin Rivero, Adeline Roemer, Jack Williams

Each are about 10-15 minutes in length. Hope you enjoy! Go Horned Frogs
